Founded in 1992 C.D.I. Systems is a privately owned software house headquartered in Jerusalem, Israel. The company has leveraged more than 14 years of experience in a broad range of the electronic and online publishing activities, to identify the key components of a state of the art solution culminating in NetIS™, our innovative technology that introduces an entirely new paradigm to the online publishing market.

NetIS™, designed for the effective and secure distribution and sales of premium and sensitive content, combines for the first time, the four main aspects of the online publishing world: Digital Rights Management (DRM); Web Content Management (WCM); an intuitive Search & Navigation tool, and e-commerce tools.

In addition, the company is the leading provider of electronic legal content in Israel, under its brand, which includes over 320,000 case law and legislation documents, with over 12,000 active users including judges, State Attorneys, and law firms.

The latest version of NetIS™ (4.0) includes also an outstanding and practical extension that allows online publishing to mobile browsers for 3G devices. The company has recently reached Microsoft Certified Partner status.
